As far as I can remember, my great love were horses! And when I have seen my first Arabian horse at the Asil Cup in 1988, I fall in love with them, and I was sure that I must have one of this fascinating horses some day.

In 1992 we purchased a straight Egyptian colt, Amasis el Afram, a grandson of Ansata Halim Shah out of the famous Hanan female line from Dr. Nagel. But he was not good enough to be a breeding stallion and so we decided to sell him as a riding horse.

Then in 1998, after a long searching, we purchased the straight Egyptian bay mare SHANAH HALIM (Dalia Halim x U.P.Shari), a Dahma Shawaniya from the Sabah (*1920) female line of Ali Pasha Sherif. With her, a long dream came true. (Click here for the complete Pedigree)

We prefer straight Egyptian Arabians, because they are authentic, beautiful and the finest Arabians of all. Our breeding-goal is the classic Arabian "family horse" with extreme type, noblesse, dryness, finesse, charisma, elegance, exotic expression, a correct and well balanced body, high set tail, good legs, flying movements and a very kind character. And important for us are also huge, dark eyes, fine ears and big nostrils, a fine neck, good pigmentation with none white markings and a fine coat with silky mane and tail. A horse that is versatile enough to be shown and ridden as well.

We breed on a basis of the best female lines that ever been, like Hanan, Bukra, Kamar, Moniet el Nefous, Moheba, Kamla, Yosreia, Om el Saad and a few of the best sires like Nazeer, his sons Ansata ibn Halima, Ghazal, Morafic, Alaa el Din, Kaisoon, Hadban Enzahi and at last, but not least Anter, Sameh, El Sareei and Shaloul. We are only a small stud with one mare and her progeny , but you are most welcome to see Shanah and her foals.
